Words Heal (June 2020 live class)

Welcome, friend. I am so glad you are here. I hope this will be a safe and nurturing space for you in these unsettling times. Together we are going to explore a host of ways that we can use words to cope in a crisis. Whether you are an experienced writer, or someone who just wants to get some things down on paper, you are very welcome here.

I also encourage you to read or listen to my book We Are in This Together and use the journal prompts to help you get into the rhythm of writing.

I hope you enjoy sharing the healing power of words.

Much love, Beth Xx

Please note: This ran as a live class from June 8-21, 2020. All content has now been released here in the classroom so you can just go through it at your own pace. We also had a Facebook Live which was recorded. The recording has been shared in the classroom towards the end, so you will be able to watch that too.

Writing can be medicine, and we need it more than ever at times like this. This short online class will equip you with tools to help process some of the complex feelings that bubble up in a crisis, stabilise your ship and find reasons to be hopeful. It will also help you hone your writing into something deeply personal which will help you connect with others.
