You’re here!
Thank you so much for joining us for ‘How to be Happy (and Calm, Organized + Focused)’. I hope you find it thought-provoking, inspiring and fun. It is a self-paced course, but in order to keep the momentum I have designed it as an eight week course, and encourage you to block out time in your diary over the next eight weeks so you check in regularly and actually do the work it takes to get calm, organized, focused and happy.
How to navigate the classroom
Each time you log into the classroom via your account on this website you will get taken to the place where you left off. If you want to go back to an earlier post you can do that using the navigation at the bottom of the classroom. If you want to skip ahead, you can also do that via the navigation at the bottom. Please be sure to click ‘MARK COMPLETE’ when you have finished a given lesson, so you can track your progress using the progress bar.
How to make the most of it
However busy you are, whatever is going on in your life, I hope you will carve out time and space for this course because it has the potential to make everything feel different. How you do that is up to you – you might want to set aside a time every day to check in (and perhaps set an alarm on your phone to remind you), or perhaps set aside a couple of evenings a week, or catch up on everything in half a day at the weekend.
If you need any help
Our team is here to support you! If you have any technical difficulties with accessing the classroom, downloading something or getting into the Facebook group etc, please email Paul at [email protected] and he will help you out. Please note that as this is a self-paced class there is no live teaching from me. However, you can join my book club Facebook group if you want to connect and keep me posted with your progress!
Classroom access
You will have access to all the classroom materials until December 31, 2019.

Life is precious, and short, and it’s happening now. This course will help you make the most of it.
It’s almost impossible to go after what you want, get it, and enjoy the journey, unless you are calm, organized and focused. This super-practical course will show you the way.
I'm a working mother of two small children under five. I run three businesses, have recently had my second book published, and I'm often on the road speaking at events and workshops. And then there's the non-work fun stuff, like seeing friends and stationery hoarding… Put simply, I have a lot going on, but I stay on top of it all because planning is one of my superpowers (thank goodness).
In this fresh and inspiring course I share my unique system of managing EVERYTHING – and I break it down step-by-step, with worksheets and templates, so you can adapt it to fit YOUR life.
Throughout this course I will offer you a host of tools and resources, both from me and from some very wise friends. Along the way you will find a series of downloadable worksheets and printables which will help you get calm, organised and focused, and allow you to get clarity on what really makes you happy, and make progress towards your dreams.
By the end of this class you will be able to access that uplifting feeling of happiness anytime you want, regardless of what is going on in your life. If you are caught up in the busy-ness, exhausted, feeling the stress and wanting some respite from the noise, this course will be a tonic for you.‘How to be Happy (Calm, Organised + Focused)’ will give you the clarity and quiet confidence you need to give wings to your dreams. It will help you ‘sort your life out’ before you actually sort your life out.
Being calm, organised and focused means you get the important things done, and make progress towards your dreams.
